Cancellation policy: full refund of deposit if cancellation received up to 48 hours before check-in date except in our busy high season (see below). If booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-book those nights, which we will endeavour to do!
Please note:our cancellation period will extend for bookings made well in advance for our busy months (Jan - March) - we will confirm our policy at time of booking.

with confirmation of your booking.

It is about a 40 minute drive in normal traffic but can take an hour or so in rush-hour.
We are easily reached by airport shuttle services or taxi (taxi fare approx. $90-$110).
